With the help of our supporters, we have now raised more than £100,000. (February 2012). This has enabled us to buy a large plot of land and start developing a School Farm, with a view to self-sufficiency in the near future (see Uganda News). We have now built new kitchens at the two schools, several latrines and water tanks, and have fed more than 1250 children a day over 8 terms. We are now in the ninth term of the feeding programme, Term 1 of 2012. At the farm we have 600 chickens, representing the first step towards self-sufficiency. Sometimes they're just irresistable ...
